- Terminates upon cancellation or non-payment
3.2 Download License
- One-time purchase for local installation
- Perpetual license for personal use
- Runs on your hardware
- Limited to number of activations specified
4. PERMITTED USE
You may use the Service for:

- Learning and improving gameplay
- Entertainment purposes
5. PROHIBITED USE
You may NOT:
- Use the Service for illegal activities
- Reverse engineer, decompile, or modify the software
- Share, rent, or resell your license to others
- Use the Service to harm others or yourself
- Generate inappropriate or illegal content
- Attempt to bypass usage limits or restrictions
- Use the Service in any commercial capacity without permission
6. AI OUTPUT AND INTELLECTUAL PROPERTY

YOU own all outputs generated by the AI in response to YOUR inputs.
We transfer all rights, title, and interest in AI-generated content to you, including:
- Conversation logs
- Gameplay strategies
- Generated text, advice, or responses
- Knowledge graphs built from your gameplay
6.2 Your Content
You retain ownership of all content you provide (voice recordings, gameplay data, etc.).
By using the Service, you grant us a limited license to:
- Process your data to provide the Service
- Use anonymized, aggregated data to improve the AI
- Store your data as necessary to operate the Service
6.3 Our Technology
We retain all rights to:
- The AI Companion software and codebase
- Our AI models and training systems
- Our infrastructure and proprietary technology
- The "AI Companion" brand and trademarks

8. BETA PROGRAM
8.1 Beta Terms
During beta:

- Beta testers may receive special benefits
8.2 Beta Pricing Lock
If you subscribe during beta and maintain continuous subscription:
- Your beta pricing is locked permanently
- Applies only while subscription remains active
- Cancellation forfeits the beta rate
9. PAYMENT TERMS

- Auto-renewal unless cancelled
- No refunds for partial months
- Cancellation takes effect at end of billing period

- No refunds after activation
- Free updates for life of product

- Beta price lock subscribers exempt (if applicable)
10. TERMINATION

- Uninstalling the software (download)
- Requesting account deletion

- You engage in prohibited use
- Your payment fails (subscriptions)
- Required by law
10.3 Effect of Termination
- Cloud: Immediate loss of access
- Download: License revocation (for violations only)
- We retain data as required by law
- No refunds except as required by law
11. LIABILITY LIMITATIONS

The AI does not provide:

- Professional counseling
Do not rely on AI output for important life decisions.
12.3 Game Compatibility
We do not guarantee:
- Compatibility with all games
- Compliance with game Terms of Service
- That game publishers won't ban automation tools
Use at your own risk. Check game ToS before using automation features.
13. INDEMNIFICATION
You agree to indemnify and hold us harmless from claims arising from:
- Your use of the Service
- Your violation of these Terms
- Your violation of any third-party rights
- Content you generate or create
14. MODIFICATIONS TO TERMS
